Dragon Vaults is committed to 100% customer satisfaction!
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of the ship date in the original packaging.
No questions asked! No restocking fee!

Email contact@dragonvaults.com with your order number to receive your return authorization. If your order is defective or damaged in shipping, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. In all other cases you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back using your carrier of choice.

If your stash box or any other part of your order is damaged in shipping, please send us a photo of the original packaging within 5 days of delivery, so we may follow up with our shipper if needed.

Refunds are issued promptly after we receive the return! (Please allow the banks time for processing).

To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If the order has shipped we will refund your payment as soon as the return has been received at Dragon Vaults.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
